I'd give the cable 5-stars all day long, but it took 2 months to get them to build and ship it. There was absolutely zero communication from the store and repeated attempts to inquire about the status were ignored. Only when I asked the folks at the Shop website to refund my money did they finally build and ship it.

I returned the item to exchange for a longer cable, I have emailed them numerous times , asking if they are going to send another one out, and if they recieved the package, they have never emailed me back or anything. They took my money and I don’t have a product from them , no refund , no exchange.
