I actually sent an email and got no response I wanted to have the 36 in an accidentally ordered 18 but nobody got back to me. I wanted to see if I could exchange it or what could be done thanks

Never received it, no communication

I never received order #1898, nor were any of my emails inquiring about the status responded to. The order shows USPS is still waiting to receive the item- and that was on 9/12. Nothing since then. Not good.

I love these cables. I hate the customer service!

I fell in love w Cactus Cables products based on the first time I bought this piece. I loved them so much I bought 3 of them. HOWEVER, I did not get the 3 duplicates of the cable that I’ve grown to love. I got 3 of the sennheiser version. I’ve sent emails, texts, and even posted a whole story sequence on Instagram and there was NO response. I really want to recommend these cables to my friends in my local scene. I REALLY WANT TO. But, this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I can really see the type of cables thriving here in the east coast. But, with poor customer service I don’t see that happening. It’s very ironic because the south is supposed to be known for their hospitality, right? I’m in the Navy reserves and did my A school in Texas and I actually did like it being from New Jersey. But, eh this experience my change it for me. Well, hope you guys will keep in touch for next time. I’m always willing to keep an open mind and try again.
